The Dream Team is a group of incredible people that have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving in them. From creating a comfortable environment by serving on a Host Team, to leading the next generation to Jesus by serving on a Student Ministries Team, to crafting a dynamic experience with the Service Experience Team, or tearing down barriers across our city by leading a Small Group—we are a group that forcefully advances the Kingdom of God.
Our team welcomes people to TCD as they enter the building and hands out service resources at the entrance to the auditorium.
Our team serves as the hosts of the Growth Track, greeting guests and providing materials and assistance to those discovering their next steps at The Church Denver.
Our team invests in the lives of children who are in kindergarten through 6th grade by giving them the opportunity to discover and develop a passion for God through Bible teaching, worship, Small Groups, prayer, and games. (Background Check)
Our team helps middle school, high school, and college students get connected to our Highlands Students ministry through, Small Groups, Friday night hangouts, worship nights, and serving at the worship gatherings on the weekends. (Background Check)
Our team facilitates a powerful, on-stage worship experience through utilizing the skills of vocalists and instrumentalists. (Audition, Background Check)
Our team helps people identify their next steps by providing resources and information about weekend services, Small Groups, Growth Track, and events.
Our team serves as the first impression for those coming to The Church Denver by welcoming people on and off the property and by providing a safe and efficient parking experience. (Age: 15+)
Our team facilitates a powerful worship experience through the use of lighting, video technology, and audio engineering. (Development Training Process,Background Check)
Our team is trained to facilitate Small Groups by creating environments where people can experience community, find freedom, and grow in their relationship with Jesus.
